Carriers & Service Levels

We ship exclusively via UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail Ground.

If you require expedited, freight, or international service, contact us before checkout so we can quote alternative options.
Processing Time

Orders are made to order and leave our shop 2–4 business days after payment is received.

You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your label is created.
Transit Time

Ground transit within the continental U.S. typically takes 2–7 business days. Rural areas, severe weather, or peak–season traffic may add extra time.

Transit estimates begin after the processing window.
Shipping Rates

Real-time rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination zip code.

Larger items may ship in multiple boxes; you’ll only pay what the carrier charges—no handling fees.
Tracking & Delivery

Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours of the first scan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package; we are not responsible for stolen shipments once a carrier marks them “Delivered.”

If tracking shows no movement after 5 business days, email us and we’ll initiate a trace.
Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address. Customer-entered errors that cause a package to be returned will require a new label at the buyer’s expense.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Inspect packages on arrival. Report visible damage to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and start a replacement.

Claims for loss must be submitted within 15 days of the ship date (USPS) or 60 days (UPS).
